This month we released some new dashboards for the following roles: Client, Staff, Instructor & Chief Instructors along with some additional features that we describe below.
New Dashboards
Client Dashboard
The new dashboard cards include:
- Activity – Showing last 3, 6 and lifetime flights and hours
- Announcements – shows the latest four announcements.
- Schedule – shows the users schedule, up to three reservations.
- Billing – shows user owed balance and five recent statements
- Currency – shows the currency information for Flight review, IFR currency, day & night landings
- Events – shows the latest two events with the ability to quick RSVP
- Course Progress – shows your enrolled course progress, if enrolled
Staff Dashboard
The new dashboard cards include:
- Schedule flight hours– Showing total flight hours over the next 30 days
- My Tasks – Show list of tasks assigned to you
- Announcements – shows the latest four announcements.
- Events – shows the latest 2 events with the ability to quick RSVP
- Aircraft Status – shows total number of aircraft pending mx or in mx. Also shows aircraft with restrictions
- Cancelations – shows users who have cancelled within 24hours in the past 7 days
Instructor Dashboard
The new dashboard cards include:
- Open Records – shows any client records that need the instructor attention
- Announcements – shows the latest four announcements.
- Schedule – shows the instructor schedule, up to three reservations.
- My Tasks – Show list of tasks assigned to you
- Monthly Total – shows instructors total number of flights and hours, including breakdown of instruction type
- Aircraft Status – shows total number of aircraft pending mx or in mx. Also shows aircraft with restrictions
- Events – shows the latest 2 events with the ability to quick RSVP
Chief Instructor Dashboard
The new dashboard cards include:

Performance Improvements
We have updated the behavior of the schedule pane within the staff dashboard. Staff will now be able to load 10 cards at a time and as he/she scrolls down new schedule cards are automatically fetched.
Other Enhancements
- Remember me features now available at the login screen, enabling users to stay logged in for a period of 6 months.
- New user setup completion wizard shown on dashboard if required items are missing
- New Dispatch override report
- Instructor now shown on invoice PDF
